Refund Policy

Company is offering a non tangible goods and services so we do not process refunds once the service is accomplished/ completed by our listed Faroce Experts. Please read all the terms and the conditions before placing a final order. However please go through some of the refund guidelines listed below.

• No refunds will be paid for completed service requests /assignments.
• Non delivery of the service or the Product :- In case of non delivery of the service from selected faroce Expert, You will be given an opportunity to ask for consulting advice from any other experts listed on the portal with the similar service fees, In case if you do not wish to take services from other listed Faroce experts, send any email to info@faroce.com to ask for refund within a seven (7) days time and company will process your refund in maximum 14 working days time with no interest.
• Once the service request is placed, it cannot be canceled and no refund will not be paid, however in certain circumstances company may process your cancellation request and deduct service cancellation fees which may range from 25-75% of the consulting fees, any cancellation before 72 hours before the decided services delivery time is non refundable.
• The company reserves the rights at its sole discretion to change, modify and amend refund policy terms.
• Any promotional offers with respect to the consulting advice on www.faroce.com cannot be monetize and convert into the cash benefits, the offers codes shall be used with the services offered by the company.
• No refunds will be eligible to any individual if the Consulting services conducted is not up to the satisfaction or expectation of the participant.
